1. Introduction

3. Account Registration & Security

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method details. You agree to keep this information updated at all times.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the bh333 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different names, email addresses, or device profiles — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bh333 routinely conducts device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to identify duplicate accounts. All accounts identified as duplicates will be closed and any balances (including deposited funds and winnings) may be voided.

3.2 Account Security

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bh333 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). bh333 supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your bh333 wallet balance within seconds of confirmation. Deposits made via bank transfer may take up to 1 business day to reflect. 4.2 Withdrawals

5. Bonuses & Promotions

12. Suspension & Termination

bh333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity as described in Section 7.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.
• Inactivity: accounts with no login or wagering activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee as published in the Platform's fee schedule, and the account may be closed after 24 months of inactivity.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 10 business days, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements.
